How you lose 15 kilos in two months

This diet can be followed as much as you need, until you reach to desired weight.

 

One slice of cake, one piece of chocolate or one cookie are small pleasures that we make once in a while to help relax and give us energy. But soon we see that these small pleasures deposit in a fat layer very unaesthetic. What you should do? It's simple: a diet. But you shouldn't forget that health is more important than any other diet, even if it is low calories in must contain the necessary nutrients.

Here's a diet which can help you lose approximately 15 kilos in two months (maybe more, maybe less, according to everyone's body), but protects your health:

Breakfast is always the same: one fruit (orange, grapefruit or kiwi), two boiled eggs, one cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch
Day 1: one slice of rye bread, 50g of chicken ham or chicken chest bacon, one raw vegetables salad with olive oil.
Day 2: 200g grilled or boiled chicken chest, one salad made of two tomatoes, one big cucumber, one capsicum and olive oil.
Day 3: 100g chicken ham, one slice of rye bread, 150g boiled celery.
Day 4: 150g grilled or boiled beef meat, cabbage salad with vinegar and pepper.
Day 5: 200g grilled or boiled skimmed fish, one lettuce with lemon and olive oil.
Day 6: 200g boiled chicken chest, 100g celery boiled with a carrot, lemon juice and one teaspoon of oil.
Day 7: 400g grilled chicken chest, tomato salad with one cucumber, one capsicum and olive oil.

Dinner
Day 1: one boiled egg, one fruit, one tomato and one tea.
Day 2: 200g spinach, 150g yoghurt 1,5% fat, one apple and one cup of tea.
Day 3: 100g cow cheese or 150g skimmed yoghurt with 200g hominy, one cup of tea and one apple.
Day 4: one boiled egg, one grapefruit and one tea.
Day 5: one slice of rye bread, 100g cow cheese, one green onion, few olives, one apple and one cup of tea.
Day 6: one slice of rye bread with 50g of skimmed ham, one apple and one cup of tea.
Day 7: one hard boiled egg, one lettuce and one cucumber.

This diet can be followed as much as you need, until you reach to desired weight. You shouldn't eat other aliments than indicated and daily you should drink two liters of water, tea or home made lemonade.

Little move is also needed, at least walking.
