Cabbage soup diet is already famous among diets lovers. One reason could be that it is really efficient. Few persons who followed this diet didn't manage to lose weight. It is very good as body detoxifying and fast losing weight method.
This diet should not be followed more than seven days, because it is hypo caloric and can create some deficiencies in your body. Some can feel weakness, nervous and without energy. If these symptoms are bad, you must leave this diet and come back to a normal nutrition.
How do we prepare cabbage soup?
You need:

Dill and parsley.
Put vegetables in a pot with water and when soup begins to boil add dill and parsley and let in small fire for 10 minutes.
Here's what you will eat in the seven days of diet:
Day 1

Cabbage soup any quantity and any time hunger appears.

Day 2

Boiled or fresh vegetables, besides dry beans, peas and corn.

Bananas, at the most eight.

Degreased milk in any quantity. This day is meant to diminish your sweets appetite.

300-500g boiled or grilled beef or chicken (without skin) meat.

300-500g skimmed meat, boiled or grilled.

Boiled rice.
During the diet you can drink coffee or tea without sugar or with saccharine. In the days when you eat fruits you can also drink fresh fruit juices. As well is for vegetables. You are not allowed to eat bread, drink juices, alcohol or mineral water. It is recommended that every day to drink at least two liters of bottled water. During this diet you must take a supplement with multivitamins.
In the weeks after diet you come back to a diversified nutrition but hypo caloric, to remove yo-yo effect. Good luck!
